Aerial Performance Team

is a community of aspiring young aerialists who want to focus on aerial artistry, performance and musicality in addition to developing more advanced tricks, flexibility, strength and stamina. Aerial Performance Team combines the technical skills and pageantry of Cirque with dance and athleticism giving these young aerialists the opportunity to showcase their hard work through various community performances throughout the season as well as entering choreographed routines in aerial arts competitions.

Aerial Performance Company

Who should audition? Any aerial student ages 6 years or older who is looking to take their aerial training to the next level and be part of special performing group who challenge and support each other. Minimal aerial experience is needed but student and parents must bewilling to commit to their training and rehearsal schedule.

Why join Aerial Performance Team? It gives aspiring aerialists something to work towards, opportunities to perform, to get more personal attention in creating routines and exploring the field of aerial arts.

Next Audition Date: To Be Announced

  • Minimum weekly requirements: 2 hours per week
  • Enrollment in at least one aerial technique class per week
  • Enrollment in a one hour aerial performance team rehearsal (group meets weekly to prepare for upcoming performances)

We attend two different aerial competitions throughout the year. Team members are not required to attend both and can attend just one of the competitions. Competitions are open to any aerial student, however team students are given priority and recommend students who are interested in competing be on the aerial performance team.

  • At least five private aerial lessons to choreograph routine
